Australian Global Health Alliance

Strengthening Global Health Collaboration in Asia Pacific

2022 – ongoing: The Australian Global Health Alliance brings together key members from across Australia and the Pacific to improve access to relevant knowledge and evidence on pressing global health concerns; engage in high-level advocacy work; mobilise resources to support regional global health priorities; and improve global health practice throughout the Pacific.

This project involved a Social Network Analysis (SNA) of the Alliance to better understand who is part of the network, what resources and contributions these actors are making, as well as how they are connected to each other and key actors in the Pacific. This analysis has involved a ‘snowballed’ network survey, complemented by in-depth stakeholder interviews to better understand network structure, functions, and opportunities.
