Impact measurement, monitoring and evaluation are key factors in decision making for philanthropic, government and corporate institutions. Aligning performance management, targets, and shared goals to processes of continuous improvement was at the heart of this project that supported the Wellcome Trust in co-designing their Success Framework to report on an active grant portfolio of close to £4 billion and an annual giving budget of £1 billion.
This work involved facilitated workshops focussed on building a shared theory of change, as well as the design and implementation of practical outcome measurement frameworks with shared indicators mapped across disciplines and needs.
Data visualisation and dashboards were created for and with various stakeholders to ensure consistency of messaging and real-time reporting on trends, with the ability to horizon scan and survey the various fields within which the organisation invests.
