This project was conducted with Sense - a national disability and social care charity and service provider - and supported their work in designing and implementing a new strategy for arts, sport and wellbeing. The project was initiated as part of a large change management process within the organisation, and involved the establishment of new services, initiatives and pilot programs for people with complex and multiple disabilities across the UK and Europe to be involved in arts, sport and cultural activity.
Services were evaluated for efficacy and effectiveness and where possible and viable, implemented at scale across the organisation and in partnership with national providers.
The project involves over 17,000 users and is a complex network of funding and service provision, mixing building-based services with community-integrated models.
Marrying theory with practice, we collaborate with clients and partners to enable social impact through a methodical interrogation of ideas, rigorous problem solving and responsive solutions. If you're interested in designing, implementing or evaluating solutions that improve the world we live in, we'd love to work with you.
